Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders placed through Impact reach LLC.
No additional standard shipping charges will be applied to eligible orders at checkout. If any additional charges may apply, such as customs duties or import taxes, these will be communicated where applicable and handled in accordance with relevant laws and checkout disclosures.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 2–3 weeks.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched, where a valid email address has been provided.

You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email, when tracking is available.

Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
Impact reach LLC currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations, subject to availability.
We do not ship to:

APO/FPO military addresses.
